About Irene Brigitte
Irene Brigitte’s musical background is steeped in folk songwriting and early music. She had performed at several festivals – Wunderkammer, Stazione di Topolò, Nei Suoni dei Luoghi, Nuove Impressioni, Suoni di Marca, Aeson and The Great Yonder. In the meanwhile she is specializing in Early music, especially baroque repertoire, and performs regularly with various groups, like O vive rose ensemble. Irene Brigitte also wrote and sang the soundtracks of the short film “The Sleeping Saint”, that has been presented at the 69th Festival of Cannes.
